Player Eligibility

All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were carried out by you or by a third party using your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vg444 customer support immediately via live chat. vg444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

Account Verification (KYC)

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's payment pages and may vary by payment method. vg444 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification before processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes indicated on the Platform; however, processing times may be affected by payment provider schedules, bank holidays, or KYC requirements. vg444 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3.3
Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Terms

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of issue, as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the applicable validity window will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring their active bonus status and expiry dates. vg444 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Before closing an account, players should withdraw any real-money balance remaining in their account. vg444 will process the closure request promptly. Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
